As a Holistic Nutritionist, I am able to draw from many different sources of information to create a plan that is specific to you as an individual. Beyond having a scientific understanding of food and how it is used by our bodies, I also apply naturopathic protocols, herbal medicine and knowledge from traditional ways of eating and preparing food.

I meet clients where they're at and work from there.  I don't expect you to fit into a pre-designed program or meet unrealistic goals. That is why each client receives recommendations that are unique to their current situation and individual health goals.
